PebbleTM is our standard pebble
surface and offers all the advantages of a standard pebble
surface: durability; easy to maintain; and great color choices.
We can also infuse 3M ColorQuartz Aggregate to the material
mix for more durability and vibrant colors.
All pebble surfaces are some combination
of plaster and pebbles. Baja Pebble is better for three
reasons: our pebbles; our patented, proprietary material
mix; and our price.
 We
source our pebbles on the Pacific side of Baja California.
We believe they give us a consistent quality of color, size
and shape pebbles. Our source is actually a family-run operation
- good people who care about what they do. We've spent a
fair amount of time down there helping them improve their
processes. Our owner even drove down a piece of equipment
in the back of his pickup truck (17 hours). He had it designed
and built up here and basically gave it to them. We're pleased

That's the pebble part of "some
combination of plaster and pebbles." The other part
is described by our patent. We add a Pozzolan-modified material
to our plaster mix for every pebble pool we build. Simply
stated, Pozzolans take the weakest link in plaster and pebble
chemistry and convert it to a stronger-bonding
foundation. This gives the
pebble aggregate more stability and your pool surface a
longer life.
Another difference
about our pebble surfaces is the price. We buy our pebbles
direct. We buy our cement direct and bring it to our yard
in up to 100 ton quantities. And the final material mix
is custom-blended for us. The money we save by improving
our processes and purchasing efficiencies allows us to keep
